Student Form
Name: Heather Willis
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Physical Appearance:
Layered bleach-blonde hair reaches a few inches below Heather's shoulders, while bangs surround a slender oval face. Most often she wears her hair in a blown out wavy style with wispy ends, or silky straight. Determined brown eyes are usually adorned with thick mascara and various pale shades of eye shadow. A bright white smile almost always lights her face, though her teeth aren't perfectly straight.
Heather usually wears riding clothes or jeans. She prefers plain long ribbed tshirts and tanks tops over anything else that come in vibrant colors. Never will you find her in a skirt or a dress, the garments are much to confining for an athletic girl.
Personality: Heather is outgoing, talkative, and witty. She's always up for just about anything as long as a friend is willing to come along. She'll socialize with just about anyone and try just about anything. An easy going nature is a major plus side for her, but her heart is worn on her sleeve.
The downside to her energetic nature is that sometimes a slightly foul mouth resides in her. When she's angry, her loud mouth will bring out the worst in her and at times it has cost her mistakes she will always regret. Heather doesn't hold in her emotion when she's happy, and that goes the same for when she's upset.
History:
Heather Willis is not city girl by any means. Having grown up on the farm, she's not afraid to get down and dirty with things. It's only been her mom, her brother, and herself for as long as she can remember. With that has come a fierce independence and self determination but a wild heart.
They had it all--pigs, cows, horses, chickens--but the Willis family couldn't take care of their 3 acre parcel of land when things weren't looking good financially about a year ago. So everything was sold and the close knit family ended up in an apartment in the city. They kept only Heather and her brother's horses and boarded them temporarily at a place on the outskirts of city for a short time.
It was a devastating thing for Heather, and it took her awhile to accept their new lifestyle. Thats when Red Wind Academy showed up, and the twins' mother struggled to make end meet to get them here. Nonetheless, it happend. Heather's passion has always been to become a professional rider, and that dream could be well on it's way to coming true. She and her brother have come to Red Wind Academy in hopes of pursuing such fantastic endeavors.
Sample Post:
Heather's heart drummed excitedly against her chest as she trudged randomly about her room, looking for any last minute items she ought to stick in her suitcase before they left for a long ride in the PT Cruiser. Keen brown eyes scanned the contents of the small bedroom in search of any excess 'junk' she might desire to adorn her new dorm room at the academy with.
Her bedroom wasn't much, but it still was a place Heather Willis could call her own. On one wall was a small window that she could peer out and admire the dirty city street that lay five stories below their apartment. Against this same wall, the head of her plain oak bed frame, topped with a comfortable twin matress, rested. Beside it stood a matching oak endtable, as well as a dresser on another wall that matched the set. The desk next to the doorway is what set the room off balance, it was made of some sort of modern plastic, a simple piece her mom had picked up at a thrift store. The well used desk was covered with various nick knacks, papers, and junk she'd neglected to clean up. Nearly all the posters of horses and other animal photos that usually adorned the walls had been taken down, they were already packed so that she could bring them to the school.
"Heather come on, let's take off!" the girl's mom's voice echoed across the small apartment. Bringing a hand up to her mouth and biting her fingernail a little, Heather set into a bit of a panic. Eureka, I've found it! She thought to herself as she approached the endtable, discovering that last one thing she wanted to bring. After snatching up the picture of her family and grabbing her purse, Heather thrust open the door. Her face winced slightly as she'd nearly slammed it off its hinges behind her.
