Name:Elizabeth Raine, but the last time she heard someone call her Elizabeth was along time ago. She is known by all as Liz.
Age:16
Gender:Female
Physical Appearance: Liz is tall. Well, she isn;t incredably tall, but she wishes she wasn't that tall. After meeting Gladiator she has wanted to be a jockey. A cascade of black falls down her back. Brown eyes shine out from behind the curtain of black. There is nothing really to tell you about Liz's appearance. She doesn't care so I don;t see why you should. There is really nothing that sets Liz apart in that way.
Style wise Liz really doesn't care. But if you really must know here is a little about her dress. iz is almost always seen is jeans. She doesn't dress to impress but to be origanal. She can be seen in some of the most strange attire. She likes to be different. She often has colored streaks in her hair. The color doesn't stay the same for long. It would get too boring.
Personality:Elizabeth likes to express herself. It is not like her to sit back and watch. People know she exists, weather they like her or not, that’s their business. Outgoing, hyper, excited, are all good words to describe her. Elizabeth loves bright colors, everything she has is bright. With her distinct personality, Elizabeth doesn’t get along with everybody. She likes to find a group of friends she can hang out with, and that’s it. In her mind, having one really good friend is better then a hundred not so close friends.
History:(((is it okay if I write this in first person? I don't know why but I feel like writting it in first person....)))
I'm Liz, but you probobly know that. I stand out in a crowd. I don't know who you are, but if you don't wnat to tell me that is okay. I just wanted to tell you a little bit about me. You can judy me. Think whay you will, I don't care. Just please let me finish first. I don't care what you think about me, I won't care if you talk behind my back. Just atleast listen to what I have to say first.
I am fifteen years old. I am an only child. I've always wished that I had a sister, someone to talk to. Someone I could trust to always be there for me. But I don't. It's just me and my dad. And of course all those animals I have around my house. I should probobly start from the top. My dad is a vet, so we usually have dozens of animals running aroung our house. Of course there not permenent residents. The only one who isn't going anywhere is Hershey. She's my dog. She isn't a very big dog, but I love her.
Hershey is a sister to me. She is always there for me and is just the perfect dog. She is ver adaptable. If I want to play she has an endless amount of energy. But if I had a bad day and just want to sit she will sit in my lap. I can always count on her to care. Everyday when I open the door she jumps up and greets me. I don't know what I'd do without her.
The one thing my house is lacking is a barn. I have to go elswhere to ride. But now I geuss I will tell you about my past. My mother left when I was eight. I don't know where she is. My dad might know but he refuses to tell me anything. I don't know if I'll ever see her again.
After that I began to change. I stopped caring what people thought about me. I was just myself. I started spending more and more time in the stable. It was a blast. But my dad decided I should go away for a while. To try and get it off my mind. So, that is how I ended up here.

Ebony was alone, just how she liked it, in an old cell in the dungeon. She loathed company, except for Ember's. She loves Ember, or at least as close to love as Ebony got. She liked him and he liked her. They had quite a relationship. Ebony hated the world, and the world hated her. The only creatures she liked were Ebony and Anne. She appeared to despise Anne; she was the bringer of all her troubles. She truly loved her. And yes I said love. It was her parents she hated. They paid more attention to her sister. Not that they had much of a choice. Anne was in a wheelchair, so she needed more attention. It really sucked being Ebony, or at least according to Ebony.
A huge skull covered her chest. Black sleeves covered her arms. A long black skirt rested on her hips. Her large feet rested in black leather shoes. Her ebony hair hung limply falling way below her shoulders. The pendent she always wore hung around her neck. It was a skull.
Though Ebony was alone in a deep dark cell. Sitting on a dust stone floor. Her mind was elsewhere. At home, with Ember and Anne. Ember was the only one she could ever talk to. Yeas she talked to her owl. But not the way most people talk to there pets. She talked to her as if she was human. Like she could understand everything she said. The only friend she had. She could remember...
"Ember, my parents drive me crazy," she said tear coming to her eyes. "They don't care about me in the slightest, it's always Anne this and Anne that, everything is always about Anne, nothing is ever about Ebony," Ember let out a low hoot.
"I wouldn't be surprised if next time I tried to talk to them they said 'who are you?" Ember gave her an affectionate peck. Harder then most people would tolerate. But Ebony didn't mind. She really didn't mind pain. She hurt others and didn't mind getting hurt, especially by Ember.
Ebony started to stroke Ember. "I just want to jinx them so hard they can't..." She never finished her sentence. Her mom had walked in. Her hand flew to her pocket, and out flew her wand. "I need to use Emb..." She didn't have a chance to finish. A jet of light erupted from the end of her wand. Her mouth was still closed. Her knack for jinxes and hexes aloud her to cast them nonverbally. By the time she was hitting the floor she still had no idea Ebony had drawn her wand. She was an expert on casting Jinxes, and pulling out her wand quick enough to catch anybody off guard. Due to lots of practice.
Ebony silently moved her mom to her bedroom and dropped her on her bed. In a couple hours she would gain conscience and wouldn't remember what happened.
Returning to her room she sat down on her bed. Letting Ember perch himself on her arm, "That felt sooooooo good," she said as happy as she ever got. She was almost smiling. Ember hooted dully.
"If only I could get dad too. But he's too busy cooing over precious princess Anne." Looking into his eyes Ebon could tell Ember agreed with her. "Mom wanted to send a letter," Ember snapped his beak ferousiously at the air. He hated sending letters. "I know how much you hate sending letters, but you don't have to worry about me sending a letter. I don't have anybody to write to," she said It had never bothered her, not since she changed.
With a violent shake of her head she shook her head getting rid of the memory. Then her eyes closed and she saw...
A white ceiling was all Ebony could see. Even that was blurry. Her eyes were filled with tears. Her shirt was wet from all the tears she had shed. Ember was gone, her parents were cooing over her sister. Oh yes, and it was her birthday. Her tenth to be exact. One year till she would go to her Hogwarts, double digits. And all her parents could think of was her sister cold.
They couldn't even take her to her own party. She was supposed to be at the Leaky Cauldron where she was having a little sort of party with her friends. Her friends were there but she was stuck at home. "Those little..." she said angrily, but her parents were next store so she didn't dare finish her sentence.
Her friends were they’re waiting for the birthday girl that wouldn't show up. Yes at that point she had friends. Probably the last day she would. After that everything changed. She studied jinxed, and practiced them, until she could perform them perfectly without even thinking about it.
Before she arrived at Hogwarts could so them perfectly. According to her, her parents were filthy blood traters. But she didn't want to be. They didn't care about ancestry. Ebony did. According to her muggles and mudbloods didn't deserve to live. She was never caught by the ministry because she lived with two fully qualified wizards. Her parents never said anything. She couldn't be expelled 'cause she didn't go to school.
Life really stunk
Ebony starred into space. She hated reliving that day. It was the worst day of her life. She hated her parents.
She missed Ember, being the family owl he had to stay at home. So she didn't have an owl. She wouldn't want another owl. She missed him so much. Her parents didn't bother to write, and when they did she didn't open them, just tossed them in the fire. She had kept Ember as long as she could until she had to send him back.
Ebony was crying now, she was a wreck. She had to pull herself together before somebody found her. Wiping her eyes she gave a final sniff and sighed.
With a wave of her wand Ebony conjured up a chair and brushed the dust off her skirt. She ran her fingers through her hair trying to make it look nicer. Now anybody could walk in she would be fine. Well as fine as she got. They wouldn't be
