Daniel heard the door slam behind him. He knew this was the begining of something totally different. A whole knew start. He was about to turn the page, to start a new. And he didn't like it. He liked his old life. It might be odd, but that was the way it was. And there was nothing that he would want to change about it. Yet here he was.
It could be worse or course. At least he didn't have to leave riding behind. But everything else was gone. Just like that. His friends, his reputation. He had only two friends he could bring along, Over Dose and Bingo. Yes, those were his best friends. But still he wanted his human friends. He doubted anyone here would be like him. Anyone here would put up with him and his oddites. But that was what he got for being different.
Here heard a voice say, "See ya, son," from the car. But he didn't reply. He didn't have his voice. He grabbed his suit case, and then his messenger bag. That was all he had. He had one duffle containing his clothed and all that stuff. Then there was his messenger bag, it contained his laptop, photos, books and all the other stuff that he held dear to him. Every step he took seemed like a mile. He was slowly making his way into a different unizerse. And he hated it.
Walking over to the black trailer behind the car he opened it. To shapes came sprinting out. A black one, nad a larger dark brown one. The black form was his dog Bingo, and the brown one his stallion. He grabbed the purple halter on the stallion and clipped a lead rope to it. He brought the stallion towards the stable. He found a stall and lead the stallion into it.
He began to do a check over of the stallion to make sure he hadn't injured himself in the trailer. As he ran his hand down Over Dose's leg the stallion obidiantly picked it up.
